Happened to my cav - Had to rip it down and give it a squirt of upholstry glue. £5 job at B&Q

 

how do u 'rip' it out without ripping it??
and then is it just a spray and stick job then?

would also say if it sagging due to condensation as mine seemed to be, a contact adhesive might be better than a spray adhesive, and go for a clear adhesive if you can just incase it seeps through

 

gte a decent roof lining from a scrapper and fit it is the best idea. may sound silly but they are very simple to change as they are solid. just unscrew everything like grab handles remove all the trim and it should unscrew and drop out. then just fit the new 1 and bolt on all ya bits again.
