Can't select gears in Nova

I have a Nova 1300 with F10/5CR gearbox and i have a problem.

I set the linkage up other day and it seemed to go into all gears (WITH ENGINE OFF)

Now i have got the engine running, i try selecting a gear and it is crunching like it hasnt selected properly.

Before i had it running i had suspicions with the clutch - i set it to the correct height but it never felt 100% and i think that must be the problem.

Any ideas/help?

adjust the cable on the gearbox, and then try?

it could be many things, most are simple though

i think i will have to, but i assumed setting pedal to same height as brake pedal would make it right, but obviously not

will give it a try tomorrow when its not raining
