Zlet stem seals without head off, where?

have to do my zz20let stem seals as they fubarred, but most places want head off and expensive, need to find somewhere that will do it without head off, so keeps cost down. i would attempt it, but havent the time
ideas?

Don't think you can.... The springs hold alot of pressure, so pushing them down and holding them there would be bloody hard.
That would not be required and yes, it can be done in situ. Proper, old school mechanics can do this. It would require stripping the cams off as this used to be a fairly simple job when the head had rockers and the valves were on either side of the (single) cam. With the newer, multi-valve engines, it got a bit difficult. I'll send you a pm as I'm sure that some people here would try to tear the method to shreds and insist that it cannot work.

yeah it can be done, there are certain tools for it, my local garage doesnt have one, so like most garages its head off, but i know its seals as i blocked the rocked vent up by mistake, so pressure probs unseated a seal/seals somewhere
