It could be but it's an awful lot of work as the Omega ECU loom is designed for RWD configuration and sits in the engine bay. I have an X30XE fitted into my wifes Astra mk3 and used the Vectra B intakes plus engine loom and ECU. After considerable deliberation I decided to drill through the bulkhead and mount the ECU inside the car above the glove box for a more OE look. If you opted for the Cavalier/Calibra intake you can use the C25XE loom and no drilling is required as it routes the same as your existing wiring with the ECU mounted in the drivers footwell. If you have anymore questions fire aware.

Here's my wife engine bay with the X30XE plus Vectra B X25XE intake and OE management. The Vectra airbox took a bit of hacking on the underside to fit but it all fits along with the OE look that I was after.
