Does anyone know of a company in either Ipswich or Colchester which would be able to do good quality window tints on my car?

yes theres two i know of one called conoisser world of ice behind a1 motors and a place in the industrial estate in colchester near the porsche garage a place called top marque tint. there both in the yellow pages and both in colchester.
