any one have a haynes mannual for the astra 16v greg im trying to find the pin number for earth and live.

saj , just a quick one have you tried tapping the fuel pump relay whilst having the engine turned over, I sometimes cant start mine but as soon as I tap the relay it fires up fine.

The ECU will have more than one earth and live. If you tell me exactly what year/model engine code of the car is I can have look in my Pin Data book.

THE ECU SWITCHES IT'S EARTHS INTERNALY FOR VARIOUS FUNCTIONS FOR A FULL RUN DOWN INVEST IN ACOPY OF THE HAYNES FUEL INJECTION MANAGEMENT BOOK IT'S ALL IN THERE TAKE MY WORD FOR IT DONT MESS WITH THE ECU UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT TO FORK OUT A FEW HUNDRED QUID FOR A NEW ONE
