is teh volvo 240 or 440 front caliper nod with omega disks?? a "recognised" modification to the munter?

my mate with an irmscher special ed (v paranoid about it being nicked, silly boy no one nicks them anymore lol) wants to fit these brakes to his.

not wishing to mock without good info id jsut like to know if hes thinking straight
