In me Vectra, My stereo has controls for the volume/radio station change etc on the steering wheel,It has the standard Vauxhall unit in, and when it is on it tells you the station you are listening to on the digital section next to the dashboard.My qustion is..........Can I replace my standard unit with a stereo with a CD player etc and keep the use of my steering wheel controls and will the digital display still show what station I am listening too?Sounds a stupid qustion to ask but not up on ICE....

There is a company that makes connectors to use the standard remote controls with various head units and possibly the display too. Can't remember their name for the life of me, but somebody must know?

www.smartleads.co.uk. They're not cheap though. If you go for a Kenwood, they do an interface themselves.
