I have got to the stage where i need help.
I don't know where to find a strut brace that will clear the 2 litre 16 valve engine.
I would like an alloy polished one too.

Also which 60 mm lowering springs are the best?

I have a set of bilsten shocks but should i buy new top mount for the suspenison, comp ones or std?

Also tie bar lowering kit and camber adjustement kit, where is the best place to get them?

Andy, not related but can you tell me the size of the spacers welded on the rear engine mount bracket.

I am not completely sure, I know you can buy this mount from car quip but i surpose thats no help. Can you use washers between the gearbox and mount. I modded the box to fit the mount but i am not happy with it and will be changing it soon.

You should buy new topmounts, comp spec ones are a bit too harsh for road use, cause they are solid. I put deisel mk3 astra top mounts on my GTE and they worked a treat.

eibach springs and bilsteins are a fucing excellent combo or faulkners or suplex (but onlu suplex if you want racing springs

spacers on box are 10-12mm.... i can fit engines for not much ££

fearless on 07973 818823 for the alloy brace

tie bar lowering u want tas ones.... be prepaired to finsh them cause they are supplyed 'rough'
