LET warm idle speed qu?

mine idles at about 900-950rpm
mine usuallly sits at 1200!after a caning will sometimes briefly (seconds) sit at 1400 and then settle down to 1200, but never ever less. is this icv related or vacuum leak?

could be a vacume leak on the idle valve hose .
