starts by trying to sort out my car old car insurers CIS
they still owe me money from last july when i changed my car
and i also waiting for proof of NCB to be sent out as my policy has expired
ive rung them 3 times in the last 3weeks and i have still not seen anything - grrrr

next i ring autovaux as parts that were ordered last week have still not arrived at my house, they tell me that the parts supplier dont have any and they dont know when they are able to get some - great

work has been real crap too , nothing working properly and no-one able to fix / find information.

gonna take my stress out on the car on the way home

I had loads of hassle with Performance Direct before, just get someone who is relativley senior and pester a few times, then you get somewhere. The first person on the end of the phone never did anything and I had to explain it to a different person each time till I kicked off cos I was sick of it.
