Which is the best oil to use in a Turbo?
Fully Synthetic or Semi Synthetic..

I contacted Vauxhall and they said it doesn't matter which you use but fully will be better.
Is this correct.

No, fuly synthetic is ok on new cars but its way too thin for 30K+ miles and more importantly the turbo unit as it will seep past the seals given half a chance.

Stick to Vauxhall's own Semi-synthetic 10W/40, make sure and change it every 3000 miles and your car will last longer than you.

Ditto that, use the manufactures semi, believe it or not alot of work goes into getting the oil correct for an engine. They dont just buy the cheapest, and flog it on as Vauxhal oil.
