Some of you will be pleased to know that I got off my arse on Saturday and fixed my car.

Now the turbo spins up much faster.

When I tried 1st gear it was straight to bouncing off the rev limiter.

and as for the torque during overtaking

Must remember to adjsut my shocks to stiff.

The idle valve hose was split BTW.

Running a constant 1 bar. Think I need to turn it down.

Yeah, I know Andy. Astra still isn't finished. It's taking a bit longer than originally planned. That's due to me wanting to get everything 100% so other little jobs keep cropping up.

Currently, it has all the dents sorted, new sill welded on and prepped. New door has been converted. Inner wing has been repaired and prepped. Front panel work is done and prepped. Bonnet is on. All trimmings and fittings have been removed. All that's left to do is to repair the rear bumper, rub the whole car down, prime it, paint it, buff it and fit everything back on. Looking at another week and a half realistically.

Shall come down on Sunday and I'll bring the Senator down.
