Don't know if you can help me or give me any idea what the problem could be, I was changing a coil pack put the cable back in but it wasn't in properly, started the car all was fine then i accidentally knocked the cable and the car stop running and won't start but all the dashboard lights come on, I have noticed that the ABS light is flickering but now i have check the battery and the fuses, i have been told it could be power/earth wire issue and now I have taken off the ecu to get the information from the ecu then i put it back on the car and now when i turn the ignition on and now there's no lights coming on and central locking is not working,

Why hasn't your post been answered since 19th April, its now 7th May, you don't mention which cable you accidentally knocked off, which must have been live (+12v) and possibly touched some part of the engine that is earthed and blew a fuse, so go back and check all fuses properly, it is easy to overlook a blown fuse.
