Apart from BC does anyone know if any other companies supply twin perch coilovers for a Corsa B or Nova?

BC want £462.95 for just the front units which is more than how much I want to spend so if I can't another company I'm going to took into making ones from another car model fit.

Look at jap aftermarket for all the parts you will need. I did this conversion front and rear to my estate and you know how low that is!

All the central bodies are some sort of standard size and thread so no worries there, same goes for spring cups and lockers.
All use 2.5" ID springs
You will need to use spherical bearing top mounts (I used 200SX S14 ones and modded the car's strut tops to suit)
You will not find bottom brackets that will directly fit onto a Nova - However I did get very close to Carlton ones (same design as Nova's but bigger). Look at 200SX S14 and Toyota Starlet ones as they are very similar and can easily be modded to suit (material is aluminum)

Cheers Johnny, I've been looking on ebay for bottom bracket coilovers with 2 bolt design, found set of Evo 8 coilovers but went for a bit more than I expected

Next idea was get ones with folk type design brackets (like mx5 or civic rears) and weld some plates on to bolt on the nova knuckle

Out of interest why are you trying to go this route instead of just running the 'normal' style of coil over on the nova? Is it purely so you can run a helper spring and then a slightly softer poundage main spring, if so it would be possible to do that with say my avo's as they have a long threaded section and then instead of using a 7" spring run a 5"-6" main so you can fit the helper in and just machine a groove into the bottom of the original adjust to hold the helper.

bc brand - chinese?

why do you want coilovers with twin perch?
you think you can lower more on them? on fwd car you can't - right under absorber body you have cv joint.

Whole point of duel perch coil overs is you can go low without losing any suspension travel because the bit that bolts to the hubs winds up and down

The spring will also be under constant preload unlike normal coilovers and you don't need helpers either because even when the car is jacked up the spring won't be moving about

man, i can make this "height adjusting" with welding, but there are no free space under absorber. it's really close to cv joint boot. this way works when you have free space, for example on rwd car, when you have no driveshafts on front axle.

I get what you mean slonik but room is not that bad plus you can go pretty low before the damper comes out from bottom off the bracket.

Johnnys car is slammed and look how much more thread hes got

If they have been designed properly (the BC ones) I would imagine a 50mm ish drop would still have the bottom of the shocker body inside the bottom bracket giving scope for another 50mm drop or so - that would make sense to me if I were designing them.
