taking block out with a crane but want to fit it back with the head on.
whats the level of difficulty with it on as apposed to off ?

just the getting to silly things like the matrix heater hoses and gearbox to engine bolts eh

Morning Lee, when i did mine i had too but like you said last night if you undo the gearbox bolts you might get it in, here are a couple of pics of mine and it was tight :

put it in complete without the inlet and aux drive pulley, takes about 10 mins, then as the inlet isnt on do all the bits down the bacl of the engine first and fit the inlet last.

liking this idea! i ideally want to put the head on out the car then i can test i have a good sealed engine before fitting!
