C20xe timing marks and pulley marks

Evening folk, having a problem with my xe, i am going to be running megajolt so i have had the outer pulley turned off but the marks for the pulley do not line up with the cams or the crankshaft.

Both the cam marks are pointing up to the cam cover and the little notch is facing down to the sump on the crankshaft.

Anyone any ideas or is it possible that the pulley has slipped on the rubber ring between the mounting face and the ring itself?

It doesn't matter what the mark on the auxillery pully says, if the crank mark lines up with the sump mark and the cams are lined up that is true TDC.
Perhaps in the past the auxillery pulley was removed and replaced without observing the timing mark?
