hi guys, my engine is loosing vast amounts of water from somewhere and im hopeing you can help me out.

stopped at the petrol station last night to find my coolent all over the floor! and it looks too be leaking from somewhere around the water pump or closer to the sump, there is a green line which i am thinking could be a frigged gasket?

I really dont have a clue where its comin from! it comes out when the engine is cold and not on aswell as when it is im just hopin somethings not cracked!:doh:

It'll be leaking from the waterpump, either the seal has gone or the pump itself is broken and is leaking..

Get it changed asap, I wouldnt risk driving it as lack of coolant will result in blown h'gasket etc..

Ive seen a leaking water pump collapse, the bearings must have been killed by the water and it ended in the timing belt coming off. id get it fixed asap or it might get a lot worse
