does any one know where i can get the instructions for the breather mods , what drill size, how many holes and where i need to drill as the mig site keeps reading internal server error and i wanted to so the mod tonight.

You can find the breather mod instructions as used by SBD Engineering. If they use it on theirs then its a safe bet its the way to do it
