In my search to fix my cally as cheaply as possible I have rung all the scrapyard in the area, and one of them has a C20NE on the shelf however it is from an auto car. My question is what is the difference will it just go straight in with my manual gearbox or do they have different looms or anything like that?

All you need to do is to replace the starter wheel with the clutch and flywheel from a manual car. That's it.

Looms are the same, but even if they weren't, you just use the loom from your current engine.

Buying an auto engine is good. They will have seen a lot less work.
