Lately this week I had a small impact with my Astra G 1.7CDTI, and when I fixed some body parts and started using the vehicle regularly again, I noticed that the boost gauge is reading 0.5psi of full boost instead of 0.7psi as it was reading before the accident. I opened the bonnet and found that I have some silicone pipes with a crack underneath them. These silicone pipes are connected with the intercooler pipe. Also, I found out that a few oils are leaking from these pipes.

Is the loss of boost because of the crack underneath the silicone pipes or it may result in something else? And is the oil something normally to leak with a small crack? This might sound something obviously, but I don't know a lot about cars and I wish that someone tell me what It might be the problem. Thanks
