Hi I've a got a Nova GSI '93 and I'm just after the book figures on mpg, anyone know? ta

dont know the ecact book figures but id assume sometehing like 30-40mpgish.... but thats probalby way off due to old control and the engine will be worn etc.

plus your enver going to get full mpg form it as most gsi's get thrashed all teh time lol

Pretty sure Ive had 45ish on a good run.

If you need economy just make sure you dont cane it. They are torquey engines so there is no need to thrash em.

I can do a 170 mile motorway trip for about £18.

170 miles to £18 that works out at nearly 100 miles to a tenner! That's diesel kinda mpg :) I take it they're pretty good as It's injection rather than carb, my Nova SR wasn't that great on fuel because it was carb. Well anything over 30 Isn't bad I don't think cheers for the info :beer:
