Alrite, just wondering if any of you lot were at Crail today ? Spotted a few Novas, Cav Turbo, MK1 Astra Turbo any one on here ?
Went up with a couple of mates - one in a 16v Clio and the other in a V-Tec Prelude, managed to blag a few runs up the strip out of them - even beat my mates time in his Prelude lmao !
Better without all the mags there - less boy racers !! Think my mates managed about 20 runs each ! spot on weather as well.
Good day out, even if it was a 380 mile round trip !!!
Can't wait to get my Turbo finished and get it up the strip now !

I was there with friends FWD calibra turbo and rover turbo.

Calibra had a few hose problems, but managed a good 14.4 run then had to stop as the hose was beginning to split again.

John Lynchs Mk 1 astra was there and was impressive with great terminals almost 106 mph! 13.79 best run .

Cav turbo- absolutrly brilliant launches 2.0sec 60 ft times, locked tx box.
14.49 best time

Great day though and as you say no queues etc
