I'm half way through swapping my X20XEV for a 20XE, anyway, I'm using the alternator from the XEV, it's a 70A rated alt, I kknow it's dying a bit, and I have a alt from my 1.4 16V engine which also has a poly V pulley on it, now from looking it's the same rating as the other one, they are both Bosch, but the part numbers are different, but look like they will be a straight swap, so on EPC, is the alternator on a 1.4 16V corsa sport compatable with alt from a X20XEV on a astra MK3 sport?

so long as they have the same belt type and no. of cylinders they will swap.
