that's really not an issue, we do the 8v block and 16v head quite a lot, the 8v's are popular here so all we have to do is import the 16v head and ancillaries. what you should do is use either and ecotec or 8v head gasket. the oil way gadget can't too critical if SBD sell a thing to eliminate it.

Good work. Why have you got two fuel pressure regulators?
my cav was over fueling on the 3 bar regulator and lagged on the 2.5 bar due to lack of fuel and i was given the FSE which was set at 2.75 bar and it runs sweet

just never been bothered to mess with it and i aint got the blank plate:doh:
