To fit a greater super to the 1.5 motor would likely surpass the most extreme pressing factors your motor could adapt to and you'd presumably wind up bowing everything in the base end!! I'd keep the one that is on it frankly! Likewise recollecting that a greater super is harder and takes more time to spool up that a more modest one...
Concerning intercooler,on isuzu diesel motors, you could fit a 1.7 td cav intercooler, you could even go greater, however recall that whichever course you take the 1.5's line work will be more modest with the more modest super and gulf to the motor, so you'll need to add some sort of measurement transformation piece!
With regards to tuning, there arent a lot of things which just fit 'straight on' on the off chance that you need to get legitimate force gains.
Hi, I just bought a 1.5 td (Isuzu) Corsa b don't laugh, I'm sure someone here has or has one of those in the readers' riding section, I remember they tuned it with minor tweaks with good results, I would like to do some modifications but I think some advice would be the best jobs-for-escort first so my question to all of you is Isuzu Guru's 1.5 TD engine what can I do? Cheers rusty
