this is a pic of the 2wd diff (quaife for ex) + parts (shims,bushes etc) ,needed to be fitted into a f28 gearbox(=2wd-conversion)
-The red one is the original one,put in by Getrag
-the cyan one is the one made up by the instructions,given by quaife
-the green one is a shim,made up by measuring the difference in length of th housing of the original and new diff...in my case around 5.0mm. ...must be a tight fit,so measure as precise as poss.
