Tom - Sean e-mailed me to say that he was no longer able to make it as he has to work that day.

Therefore i arranged to fill his place to keep the cost for everyone at £10

Wayne - i have an Astra GSi Turbo, I hope to be getting 280bhp, but I think the fueling needs mapping.

I'm sure there are some others over the 200Bhp figure

My car is poorly at the moment - I'm going to take at look at it this week so hopefully it will be okay on the day, it just feels a bit flat at the moment. I'll hopefully get over 200bhp though.

Will there be any extra 'normally paid' spaces during the day?
If so how much?
Well If anyone drops out, I'll definately take there place anyway!

Fao Rob F/Gary P

Due to a couple of niggling ignition/electrical wiring faults and incorrect connectors in engine bay, looks like i maybe pushed to get car down for sunday. Though i noticed that Steve G will gladly take anyone's place if they drop out, same goes for Tom Stickland.
I will be there though, as not going to waste the opportunity to talk to other MIG members face to face, even if it will be in a 1.1 festa!!!

Or Gary- ya don't fancy giving me a lift down do ya, as i presume ya go Mway from Junc 15 M4?

Yeh. 7.30 no probs. Looks like i may have a dud engine because after sorting the few probs out it's still misfiring. Blanking off the carbs makes no difference on no's 1-2 cylinders, but on 3-4 it causes it to cut out. So i think theres a prob somewhere with it drawing in air, as the compression is still down. Gary you free any time before sunday? to have a look. The cars in B+E Car repairs, by kingsdown school at the mo (Stratton area)
