LOL just worked the date out and checked with my club's website and 26 has not been confirmed yet.

race dates are under directions - race dates from the drop down menu at the bottom.
    Many Thanks

TBH im not to bothered with this now. In future I think its best that a
regional co-ordinator deals with this as well from a MIG perspective.
The only date I can make is the 12th of Sept but I think thats asking alot considering Trax is the weekend before and Billing is the weekend after. Maybe this should be organised for the end of October instead?

I'm going to close this thread for now until Tom has read this and the organizer of this event has spoken to Tom. This seems to be rather confusing on what date this should be held. I’ll leave this in Tom hands to re-open thread.

thoughts on the last two pages of this thread.

Re-arranging this event for the weekend between Trax and Billing is not really practical. I was hoping to attend but i couldnt have anyway and i wouldnt want 3 long weekends in a row in september.

I will be in contact directly about this event with Interpro and be arranging it for a weekend in October, out the way of the madness of september and plenty of warning for everyone.

Once the event has been re-arranged and booked with Interpro it will be re-advertised and then the list will begin again.

Once it is set up myself along with two regional coordinators of the local regions will arrange the rest and run the day.

Sorry if this puts a downer on the very near future but i feel that every event arranged with the name MIG should be run with the best of arrnagements.

    Yours

    Guv.
