Hey folks,

Been pointed in to this forum as my friend says and I quote...

I own a 2001 Astra Coupe Turbo in Chianti Red had her two months, heres a couple piccys....







At the moment shes not very well as oil is disappearing thick and fast somewhere and I have no idea where too! but i have posted this in the relevant place.

Hope to get to a meet soon after getting her fixed and a few mods done :-)

Hi mate, tidy motor you've got there. I used have a phase 4 coupe turbo myself very underated car IMHO.

As for the oil check the oil return pipe on the turbo as its not unknown for them to leak from there, if not its not smoking heavily on idle is it?

No smoke whatsoever and no leaks I can see! Im well and truely stumped :-( ... I do hope its the turbo so then Ill have the excuse to whack a vxr unit in there! :-) ... but worst case is gonna be headgasket, then Ill need new cambelt kit, waterpump, rockercover gasket (which i did 2 weeks ago) blah blah blah.... but theres no oil in the header tank and not loosing any coolent so... Pfff. Wanna swap for your evo? hehe
