Right then here we go.
The useual tradition for our meets has always been the last sunday of the month. So how does the 31st Jan sound to everyone?

Location.

Most of our meets have been held at the Darlston inn in stone. nr staford. Now i know that we now have more members wanting to attend meets that our closer to Birmingham.

Copy and paste your name and location to the following list if you want and are able to make the 31st and then a location to suit everyone can be sorted.

Meets useually start at 1.00pm for the meet. So hopefull this is ok for most. Again if not suitable speek up and we'll try and sort something for everyone.

So I paid my membership to attend MIG meets, but then it's held in an area more suited to NON members. Does that mean all these NON members will be attending too? I was told when I was a NON member, that I was allowed to go to one and then if I wanted to attend more.... I needed to be a fully paid member.


So what is it?? Can we get a clear answer from the powers that be PLEASE

Certainly. We have a lot of members around the Stoke area, including some (what I consider to be) veteran WM members. So it makes sense to organise meets in that area.

I sympathise with people that don't live nearby, but we all have to appreciate that WM is quite a large region with quite a sparse membership.

If a meet is arranged and it's a bit out of the way, either suck it up and drive for an hour or don't go.

Adding Stumpy and Mazz to the list, that makes four people who would find Stone suitable, along with two that probably wouldn't mind a drive and one that it doesn't suit.

You're probably the only paying member of WM to be honest, but if you want a meet in Birmingham with all the other paying members while all of us have a meet in Stoke, go for it.

Right.
So far the best location is the useual. The Darlstone Inn in stone. This is closest for the majority of people that have replied saying they want to attend.
So the meet will be at the Darlstone Inn, 1.00pm Sunday the 31st Jan.
I myself will be traveling the furthest coming from about 20 miles south of Brum. I dont mind the drive personally but if you do then dont come.
