Bicco offered me and Tom (chimp) the position and we both turned it down for one reason or another.
When I got the Vectra I mailed TW (it might have been MW, can't remember now) and said that I'd been asked by Bicco to do it and that I'd like to give it a go. Never heard anything back.
TBH since then I've been so fed up I really can't see me being any good as an RC, and I've jacked the Vectra in and now I drive a dirty Ford.
Someone needs to take the job over, but not me, not at the moment anyway. Need to get my degree out of the way before I think about doing anything else.

I am sure now with the bulk PM facility and the users now registered into regions the meets will improve. Seems to be working with the SC region meets.
This next year we (MIG Staff) are actively pushing MIG forward, be a great to find someone in these regions to help push the meets / events.

Guess my answer was the 'Shut up' option until I feel the need to put forward.
That's the problem I have too. 40 hours a week at work (sometimes more if bad **** is happening) and 20 hours a week at uni doesn't leave me much time for arranging stuff with the region, especially with climbing once a week, airsofting every now and then, doing the odd magazine article and seeing my other half...etc.
As soon as I've finished uni I'll have most evenings to burn but at the moment I just haven't got the energy.

TBH if it wasn't for the fact I'm going to buy a fiesta in january I'd happily put my name forward, the region needs a shove in the right direction, the SC lads are spot on at shows and always take on stragglers that have no region to go with, hopefully with some help these people will belong to a region and have their own plot on the stand.
I know Billy is an RC without a vauxhall so limited by a brand isn't really an issue, Steve if you are serious then get on the case we need an organiser.
