Just something I`ve been working on for a few weeks.
The sentinal is a local newspaper for Stoke On Trent and every year they hold a medium sized car show(est around 200 cars usually), mainly for dealers from in a round the area but also open to car clubs. I contatced them a few weeks back via e-mail to find out if it would be possible for us to have a MIG stand at the event this year. I got a phone call today from them saying they would be delighted to have us at the show!
Now the event date is still TBA but the location will be at the Sentinal offices in Euturia, Stoke On Trent. Last year it was held at wedgwoods, but this year has been moved to a bigger more accessable location. Last years was not too bad, and I don`t have any pics but i think Maz did and could possibly post some up?
This can be open to anyone on MIG who is interested, as i`m sure they can accomodate however many cars we can throw at them, I have also spoken to my Boss at work who has said he will sponsor us and cover any fee`s involved if we take a PMF van along as advertisment!
Not sure how many out of region peeps would want to travel, but we`ll see. I will be back with more details once the date is announced and the paperwork sent out ot me.
