Righty we managed to get half the people needed, unfrotunatly payment had to be in by tmrw morning to get the booking, A full 15 places had to paid for up front, meaning we are £140 short, we can`t pay this out on the off chance that we will get 7 more people to pay up and come along. Therefror tmrw morning i will ring up and cancel the event.
We will be trying to arrange a similar thing towards the end of the year, more than liekly after the bulk of the summer shows have been and gone. We will give plenty of notice, the event has been online for 8 weeks this time, and see what happens when the time comes.
I have already spoken to / sorted most people on the list that have paid already, some have had thier money back and some are leaving it "in the pot" for the next event, whichever is perfectly fine with us.

I have sent PM to anyone i have not spoken to. Thanx to everyone thats payed already for your support!
