Just found this video and remembered we have a little track in Lichfield. lmao
Might make some enquiries about using it for an afternoon. I know usually it's a go-kart track.

Teeth? LUXURY! When I was a child we ate by putting rocks in our mouth and jumping up and down.
Scrapyard two minutes away, and MVS, where they take all the cars that are impounded at the docks for having red diesel and whatnot.
Some bargains to be had in Lichfield.![]()

The site i used to go on used this track, for performance metros. It is quite short, about 40 seconds IIRC but good for a bit of caining around. But i think the owners have to steward any events there and there is only allowed to be 1 car on the track at a time...
I choose you, Regional Co-ordinator!Thank you for your enquiry.
Curborough is available for private hire in the week for ten cars a day to use the full course, and for car clubs on weekday or Saturday afternoons to use the "top loop" for up to 35 cars for non-competitive laps.
Cost for the above is for the first, £450and the second £650.
If you just want a social meeting, there are events every weekend which you can visit as a group - see the website for the calendar.

so if we have 20 cars on a sat afternoon it works out £32.50 each. How big is the top loop? how many cars could you fit on track at one time?
sounds good![]()

Stick it on satellite view, then look over to the right. The track is by the square of trees.
Doesn't look particularly impressive from above, and IIRC, there's only one car allowed on the track at once.
Depends how many people are interested though, tbh.
