I made one, bought the flange off a user on here, and bought the pipe and bends from jetex:

impressive who you get the flange off how much it cost you in total?

I think the cost was around £150, was a good few years ago when I made it, flange was done by ChrisReay if memory serves me right

yes ive investigated through threads...hes not on this forum anymore you happen to have dimesions of pipe you used etc? not paying 300 for a brand new one no chance

Ah right, wasnt sure if he was still around, not sure where you`d be able to get a flange from then.

Main pipe is 2.5" and the wastegate pipe is 1.75".

I've also made my DSOP style downpipe,also the flange it is made by myself,it is not bought.I've used 40mm pipes for the wastegate and 70mm pipes for the exhaust.You can see the pics here mate. Cavalier 4x4 C20LET from Romania Also if you want I can give you the dimensions for the flange.

German Ebay sells these iirc if not David Dixon can make you a flange up
