Right do I need high-temp spraypaint or will normal aerosol do it?
I was just going to degrease, key it, mask up the piston seals, then prime, paint and lacquer.
Then put Brembo stickers on them, because Wilwoods are gay.

You cant buy Wilwood covers from ebay can you....

True but Brembo means F1, WRC, touring cars... Wilwood means "some dodgy guy stuck in his teens, driving a Vauxhall Nova"

Stick on covers say "I'm a retard who thinks these things will make people think I'bought expensive Brembo's, rather than being smart and saving money by using Wilwood's which are as affective for my car", ie, Chav!
Just paint them with a light coat of a heat resistant paint and make sure the pads suit the use you'll be putting them to.
why bother your only going to break the car and sell it when its completed, then cry into your pillow as boxy doesn't love you.
I've fixed this for you. Benn
Paint them gloss black and put AP Racing on them in yellow print.
Wilwood's are anodized arn't they? Finish wise...
