    Corsa C Seam welded?

    Just a quick question, not to clued up on this.. Im close to doing a deal for a corsa c turbo and it hasn't been seam welded so just wondering will the car be fine since it hasn't been welded or should i stay away from this? this may be a silly question but like i sayed im not very clued up with this stuff

    AFAIK Should be fine, only really used to be Novas that 'needed' seam welding. Corsa 'B' with C20LET didn't need doing.

    The C's shell is better than the B's so will be fine
    Custom C20LET/Z20LET Inlet manifolds from £250, XE/LET baffle sumps £50, Re-flanges, EVO TD05 turbo conversions, aluminium & stainless steel TIG welding, pm for requirements

    Should be fine mate, would only really need seem welded if rallying or racing

    Ive not seen any C shells pull apart yet, they do seem to be stronger.
