vectra b front & rear bumper question

ive noticed that both bumpers on vec b's tend to drop a little, mines included. what fixes this? or is it fixable?

my mate has had to do this on his subaru. a couple of self tapping screws solved the issue, just drill into your wing or arch with a 2mm drill . know its a bit ghetto but it works
