best place to buy paint?

Any local place that sells body shop stuff will sell paint, try Yell.com the UK's local business search engine - search for London businesses with your postcode in it.

I can get paint locally but the trouble I have is that they vary in shade. E200 (Vauxhall black) on LE and SE5's (might be other models too) seems to have shade variance. Some have a blueish black and some are a brownish black and the holy grail!! - Solid black! The harsh thing is I find out once its on the car!

Anyone else found this or know why this may happen?
