    Re: boot floor

Well depends on what you want really, straight forward cut out weld back in underseal and primer the boot floor and as long as there is no other problems with rusty/rotten area where the welding needs doing then £100.
Just a pick of my boot floor so you can see what I can do.

    Re: boot floor

I guessing you want pressings putting in the floor as well for strength? Can do that but it would be by hand so that would take a bit more time to do would have to put another £20 on top for this purely for the time it would take. I would of put strength underneath the boot floor anyway but not the pressings purely because of the time required.
When are you looking at having it done?

    Re: boot floor

Why do people remove the spare wheel well? I was under the impression that the back end will act like a prachute then as the air would be caught under the back bumper. Is this completely wrong?

    Re: boot floor

no thats quiet rong see as your ethier so low no air gets under (not good) and others use splitters to push air down so it doesnt touch ya back bumper (best way)

    Re: boot floor

Hi Mate, Do you want it to look like a van then? very tricky as the big panels are curved in both ways to carry on the lines of the car so it has shape to it and not flat sides. You are best to find a scrap corsa van and cut them out or see if you can buy the blank panels from some where. I can weld in blanks but like I said it would be flat sided look s**t in my opinion but it's not my car.

To be honest mate you best bring it over and lets have a good talk about what you want looking in the region of £200 purely because of materials more than my time.
