spraying plastic how

i need help i want to spray my corsa b arches the same colour as the body how do i do it

I done mine today, first you need to clean them then sand them down using wet and dry sand paper, grit 600 i used. Then apply a few coats of primer (allow about 20-30 mins between coats), then sand again. Then spray on a few coats of your colour (again allowing 20-30 mins between coats, making sure its dry before the next coat), then sand again. Then add a few coats of clear lacquer for your final finish.

With primer.


With paint before Lacquer.


And on the motor.


Anyone do it differently?

start off with a 180p work up too 500p or 600p then clean the plastic apply adhesion promoter. leave for how long it says, spray two coats of primer read the data on the back for drying times. then 500p 0r 600p again then two more coats or primer 500p or 600p ready for colour and clear. try not to use halfruds stuff use u pol high 5 primer and grip 8 (adhesion promoter)

any paint shop should do them, even halfrauds do sand paper mate

paint factors would be best bet, not sure if halfrauds sales u pol stuff any more, not been in one for years. if you was close i could of got it off my mate has he works for u pol.
