    Mig 130 vs mig 150...

    Can anyone explain why I might want a mig 150 over a mig 130??? Or visa versa...Apart from the extra 20 odd amps adjustment I'm not sure if I can cope with a 130. IMO I think the heaviest thing I will weld would be engine mounts...

    There is quite a price difference between the two aswell. I'm going more towards the 130 tbh :/ but not sure lmao

    Have a look at the specification, particularly the thickness of metal it can weld and compare this to what you intend to do.

    A 130 could plenty cope with pretty much anything on your car, i got a 160-but only as it was on offer and the same price as a 130 lmao

    Both can weld 5mm steel...I'll have a proper read on the specs of each tomorrow and compare them
