vectra c exgaust modifacation

hi iv got a 1.8 vectra c and have a large ovel back box on witch looks brill but wanting abit more noise i want to remove the silencer and replace with a straight trough what are my options i would like to stay away from welding theres some piping on ebay what size would i need so slip just on top of my old pipe and use clips to secure

The best thing to do is to measure the diameter of your exhaust and buy a length of pipe suitable.

Or take it your local exhaust fitting centre and they may do the work for you.
