c20xe/let cam cover... leave it in primer? :) anyone ever done this?

as above, ive primered my cam cover and tbf think it looks pretty mint as it is, i doubt anyones ever done it before because its pretty gash to most people, but it will have chrome allen bolts and a chrome ht lead cover and a full set of lime green roose hoses...

Primer will get dirty very quickly and wont clean off.

Could give it a coat of satin clear sealer/laquer. Just make sure it will stand the heat and not peel off.

Look through this months TV. the white corsa B,,, Underside shot,,,, Gearbox looks to be painted in a gloss grey colour. Could be your answer.

my rocker cover is laquered primer if that helps?..
