lather needed, and advice

Hi all, i've got a GT35 turbo which i will be fitting to my corsa LET, what i need to know is can the size of the inlet tube be reduced on a lathe down to 76mm? the current outer measurement is 4 inch- 103mm and inner bore 2.5 inch- 63mm thats at the top of the shaft, also probably worth mentioning its like a funnel shape down to the compressor wheel

Surely its easier to make up a 103mm to 76mm reducer mate? You probaly could mill it down on a lathe but prob not the best way to do it imo

i cant find any reducers that go as big mate, the biggest i can find is 76 mm, and to do it that way wouldn't i need a few reducers?
