    No, the beam is that shape, with a plate on top. You take the outer plate off, then fit the other plate from the disc beam.

    As above, the beam has a plate welded on the outside, you need to split that off and fit the big block one instead.

    lol cheers. i 90% get it. when i fit the new plate the bolt holes wont line up with the rear holes. what do i do there

    Right crombie

    1st job get the axle bare,the standard corsa plates that are on the beam cut them off,2. weld on conversion plates make sure the smaller corsa hub hole is in the centre of the main conversion plate i.e tack it first to make sure,3 make a mark were to slit the side of the corsa beam so the 1 stud and back nut will fit then,bend back to the lip of the conversion plate,holes will need drilling in the beam then 1`s standig fill with weld,if using mk4 brakes ul need to drill make centre hole to 60mm,straight forward from there onwards.

    cheers but that wont be cheap so send lol. i have a welder and can weld. i just dont no where yet lol

    ah thats perfect mate. so i do redrill the rear plate to suite the new holes after been told i dont lol. no wounder i was confused

    finnaly completed this tonight. just stuck on which handbrake cable to use. the 1 i got with the kit is to short. is a opel kaddet gsi a mk2 gte
