use range rover discs and just get them re-drilled for vaux fitment

badryder_666, I don't know anything about AstraG suspension leg/ hubs etc however here is my 5-stud Calibra Turbo fitted with your calipers and the 360mm discs as per matt_b_uk description.







As you can see, things do get a bit tight around the wishbone.

whass the piston sizes like and hows your brake pedal length?

wich brake pump are you using mate ? the standart one ? and wich servo also ?

Are you asking me Chosta?
They were used with the standard Calibra Turbo master cylinder owhich at 23.8mm is slightly larger than some other Calibra models. I've sold this setup as the 19" rims they needed weren't suitable for the road surfaces I use in that car.

Standard pedal, yes it was soft.
