How Do I Take Apart My Front Lights ON My Mk4 astra Van So I Can Paint The Insides??

you need to peel it apart, its easier if you warm the light up. You can use the oven but not to hot then just lift the clips up and lever apart. Its not that bad to do when the glue is warm but when its not its a bit of a chew. Then the frame just lifts out of the front part you have just taken off.
