bubble rust

hi all i have some bubble rust on my arch some rust on the piller and at the back where the wiper is my question is do they have to re-paint the whole pannle or just where the rust was cheers

if its only tiny, get a small flat screwdriver, and scrape the rust away. Then touch in with touch up paint (from vauxhall) Will stop it spreading/getting worse, and with a good polish wont be very noticeable.

If its worse, the its best sanding/grinding it out and getting it painted (depending on where it is, how good the original paint is etc will determine if the whole panel needs painted, or if it an be soft edge masked and blown in.

best bet would be to ask at a reputable bodyshop for an opinion/price
